London Stripes
Have I mentioned lately that it's freezing in London? Well, I must say this makes me miss the mild LA weather a bit. Although the city is obviously a great backdrop to capture my latest Winter looks, I can't help but laugh when I see myself and know that I was simply pretending to not be dying from the cold. I'm personally more of a warm weather gal myself, but I do also enjoy layering and playing with my Winter style. As my time in London is quickly coming to an end, I am trying to take it all in as much as I can and spend as much time as possible with my loved ones. From eating at my favorite restaurants to going to my favorite shops, there's so much I want to do before heading back to the States. On this particular day I went for a stroll at Whiteleys Center which is being renovated and it makes me think that it is incredible how much changes in so little time. I opted for a chic casual look as I like to call it; As a base I wore a grey turtleneck and some leather White Fox Boutique leggings. Then I layered on a striped BCBGeneration knee-length vest and wore some pointed, stiletto, Pierre Hardy booties. The accessories that tied in the entire look together was this Color Temperature maroon furry bag and my pom pom beanie, which makes me just want to snuggle them. Haha.
I'd like to think that by leaving London I will be escaping the cold, but by the looks of the New York weather forecast it appears I am in for quite a treat. So excited to be landing today and experiencing all the new trends firsthand throughout the week. Please do yourself a favor and follow along on my Instagram stories as I attempt to survive the madness that is New York Fashion Week. Also, stay tuned for an amazing Valentine's day guide coming up at the end of this week!
