Statement Shirt
I've always been one to love a good statement piece. Whether it's a bold necklace or a funky pair of heels, I just can't resist mixing them into my wardrobe somehow. For this occasion I went with an asymmetrical Storets flared oxford shirt. This contemporary styled shirt is versatile in that you can easily take it from day to night or casual to dressy with a quick adjustment of accessories. Since that particular day I wanted to go for a more caul vibe, I opted to pair it with a Whistles stretch denim pencil skirt and my Adidas Stan Smiths sneakers.
In order to bring some shape around my waist, I added a thin Club Monaco mock snakeskin belt that did the trick. A Kate Tip for styling voluminous clothing such as this top is to pair with understated accessories and a body hugging bottom in order to give you a sexy silhouette.
