A Ride to Remember

It was already such a stressful day and then I get a text from my photographer asking if I could go meet up a few hours earlier than planned. Apparently he had another photo shoot going on for a bicycle company and he was in need of a female model. I was so busy that I didn’t even have time to read what this whole company was about and just agreed to do it (Boy am I glad I did!) Turns out Martone Cycling is an awesome bike company that combines both fashion and design into the whole cycling experience. The owner, Lorenzo Martone (whom we totally love!  “Hi Lorenzo” <3) has a background in fashion PR and has taken this industry by storm. It was such a cool experience being able to ride this beautiful bike during sunset in front of the iconic Nate Starkman Building in Downtown LA.

This unplanned encounter made me think about how you meet the most amazing people when you least expect it. Who would have thought that an unplanned photo shoot would lead me to become good friends with someone like Lorenzo who bring so much light and happiness to everyone he meets. Never underestimate the most random of encounters for they often bring the best of surprises that can change your life.
