Venice Vibes

Abbot Kinney is just one of those places where you can hangout all day and feel carefree. From the amazing shopping to the cute coffee shops, you can find activities for different tastes. For a simple and comfortable day look I paired my ONLY long sleeve denim blouse with an Urban Outfitters knitted mini skirt and these fun Penelope Chilvers riding booties to give off a California Casual vibe. 

Then for an outfit change I was feeling a little bit more Bohemian and decided to use a Topshop slip dress with an oversized Alexander Wang sweater and some comfy open toe booties. This Nasty Gal floppy hat was the perfect accessory to complete this look and works for a fun day out exploring the city. 

Now for a look that is perfect for grabbing drinks or just a night out on the town, I decided to play with patterns and it turned out pretty great if I may say so myself. Mixing patterns can be a challenging task, but on this occasion I kept it simple by mixing two prints in a monochrome pattern. I am wearing a Thakoon blouse with a Sandro skirt and a Helmut Lang leather jacket. And last but not least, these Nasty Gal sunglasses add a sexy edge to complete this look.
